Each 30 pack of tea contains 30 individual bags. Each tea bag can be brewed a few times, so you should have enough to last you a month.

Superbolt Tea can be enjoyed throughout the day. It’s perfect to start off the day as well as after drink meal to assist with digestion and cleansing.

Place a tea bag in 6 to 10 ounces of hot water and let brew for 3 to 5 minutes.

It doesn’t get bitter so it is fine to leave the bag indefinitely - the longer it steeps the stronger it becomes.

To enjoy iced just let the tea cool down and then place in the fridge with tea bag in the container. It’s fine to keep for several days.
